Leader – Carrie Gelder
Carrie has a Level 3 P.L.A and a Level 4 specialist T.A Certificate.
She has worked at Cygnets since September 2011. Carrie moved to Swanage with her daughter from Cumbria. She loves living by the sea.
Deputy- Gemma Johnston
Gemma has a NCFE CACHE level 3 Diploma for the children’s and young people’s workforce.
Gemma started at Cygnets in February 2015. In her free time Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks to the beach and Durlston and reading to relax.
Corina Ferrari
Corina has a City and Guilds NVQ level 3 in Early Years.
Corina started at Cygnets in March 2008. Corina loves living by the sea with her four children.
Trudy Wylie
Trudy has a BTEC in Childhood studies and a social work degree and has work here since the beginning of 2024.
She lives in Swanage with her family, and enjoys cycling, dog walking and reading in the garden.
Ebony Welsh
Ebony has a NCFE CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner and is undergoing studies for her Level 3.
She lives in Swanage with her family who she enjoys spending time with. Ebony also enjoys bike riding and shopping.
Administrator- Sabrina Moss
Sabrina has a Level 3 Early Years Educator and has enjoyed a decade of working with preschool children.
She lives in Swanage and enjoys reading by the sea.
